For instance, I'm proud to say that I doubled Adore Me's Instagram following from 400,000 to 800,000, showing our community's growth and connection. Additionally, I took the lead in crafting and executing Adore Me’s TikTok strategy, which saw our account skyrocket from zero to an impressive 600,000 followers in just four years. Alongside these achievements, I've had the pleasure of spearheading projects across various platforms like Youtube, Twitter, and Pinterest, ultimately building a thriving community of 5 million followers. It's been an exciting journey, and I'm passionate about continuing to drive meaningful impact through social media.

Engaging and growing communities
In my role as Brand & Social Media Director at Adore Me, I dedicated myself to nurturing and expanding social media communities, with a special focus on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Recognizing the early signs of the potential of TikTok in the US back in 2020, I took the initiative to launch Adore Me's presence on the platform, at a time when few companies had a presence on TikTok, let alone an account As one of the early adopters on TikTok, I seized the opportunity, capitalizing on its rising popularity. With a keen eye for emerging trends and a deep understanding of social media dynamics, I led Adore Me to remarkable success on these platforms, growing Adore Me's TikTok community to 600k followers in just 4 years. Our followers were highly engaged and active, indicative of the impactful strategies implemented. Additionally, I orchestrated substantial growth on Instagram, doubling our follower count from 400k to 800k, and achieved an impressive 5.5% engagement rate, a level of interaction considered exceptionally high within the industry.
Creating brand awareness and consideration through Influencer Marketing
In my role, I've spearheaded influencer marketing initiatives aimed at fostering brand awareness and consideration. Collaborating with a diverse range of influencers, spanning from micro-influencers to celebrities, has been instrumental in our strategy. By harnessing the reach and influence of mega influencers and celebrities, I've effectively elevated brand visibility on a broader scale. Concurrently, leveraging macro and micro influencers has allowed Adore Me to cultivate deeper connections with it's audience, driving consideration and ultimately conversions. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in developing Adore Me's in-house creators platform, which has blossomed into a thriving community boasting over 6,000 creators. This platform not only amplifies our brand message but also empowers creators to engage with our audience authentically, further enhancing brand resonance and consideration.

At the heart of my social media strategy lies a dedication to crafting cultural and viral moments. I've built a framework that places content as the cornerstone, whether it's in-house creations or user-generated contributions. The mission of my team is clear: to curate engaging content that authentically reflects our brand personality and resonates with our niche audience. Achieving this requires meticulous planning through frequent brainstorming sessions and detailed briefings. Understanding that merely following trends isn't enough, we strive to pioneer new concepts and ideas that capture the imagination of our target demographic. This approach has yielded remarkable results, as evidenced by numerous viral moments across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with multiple posts garnering over 1 million views.
